Private Client Services is a new service we provide that gives you your own private access to all the information on the MLS. It's great for the person who is just starting their search and is not ready to talk to a Realtor.
Once you sign up you will receive and E-mail with access to your own private web page. On it will be all the current listings that match your search criteria including: |

- Taxes
- Room Sizes
- Lot Size
- Days on Market
- All the pictures on the MLS
- and much, much more.

After seeing the current listings, the system will send you an E-mail the every time a new listing that matches your search parameters comes on the MLS. This means you will find out about new listings The Day They Come On The Market!

If you are a serious, qualified buyer; are not already working with another realtor; please give us the details of what you are looking for and our system will automatically check the MLS for new listings matching your criteria - daily.
To sign up simply fill out the form below. Be careful of what you input as the system will only let you know about listings within your parameters. For example - if you put in a price range of between $180,000 and $190,000 you will not be notified if a new listing comes out that is $191,000.
